At Zalei Life™, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this custom production process, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.

Please carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and shipping timelines before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from what you ordered, please email us within 7 calendar days of delivery at info@zaleilife.com with:

    •    Your order number

    •    A clear photo of the item and issue

    •    A brief description of the problem

If the issue qualifies under our refund policy, we will offer a one-time replacement at no cost. Refunds are not issued under any circumstance unless legally required.

Please note:

    •    We are not responsible for incorrect sizing, address errors, or slight color variations due to screen differences

    •    Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as production begins immediately
